Shipping & Delivery

All Shipments
We use both US Mail and UPS. Both have tracking available for the USA. You will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
You must select the shipping method and features that you require and that price will be applied to your order. International orders must be shipped by US Mail.
Overseas Shipments
As we are located in the USA, all shipments going to other countries are subject to Border Inspections which may affect shipping times. Therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
Privacy & Security
- All information collected through this site is for use in filling orders only. Willow Leaf Studio does not sell any information to third parties. If you sign up for our mailing list we do hold that information in a secure online database and use it for mailings concerning our products and specials. Should you no longer wish to be on our mailing list please use the unsubscribe option on any of our mailings or contact us by email to be removed.
Returns & Replacements
- All efforts are made to clearly display and describe the products sold on this site in order that you may purchase the ones suitable to you. If you have any questions about our products we are happy to answer them prior to your purchase. All sales are final.

Should you receive a product that is defective in manufacture it may be replaced at the discretion of Willow Leaf Studio.
Ordering
- We ask that you confirm the details of your order prior to completing the checkout process. It is much more difficult to fix orders after they have been completed. Should you find that you do have an error please contact us immediately by email so that we can make the necessary changes prior to sending the order. Once orders have been placed they are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Order payment is processed at the time the order is completed online. Orders are filled within the next two business days (unless other notice is posted on the site - vacation breaks etc). You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Please use that date to determine estimated arrival time not date of payment.
- All coupons and sale pricing offered through this site applies to Retail orders only. Minimum order amounts for promotions are based on the sale before shipping/taxes (the subtotal).
- Coupons and other promotions have no cash value, they must be redeemed as discounts on your orders or free product where specified.
- All promotions are for future orders, meaning they will not be applied to orders that have already been processed.
- All promotions end on midnight of the date specified using the store time zone.
Viewing Orders
- All orders placed online since Jun 25, 2012 will be accessible on this site by signing into your customer account. If you need details or downloads from a previous order please call to request.
Updating Account Information
- You can make any changes to your account information online also. Please sign in to your account to make changes.
