GENERAL ORDERING

Before completing your order please read it over and make sure you have ordered the correct type of pattern, either paper or digital, and have selected the correct amount for each item in your cart.

We will make one attempt to contact you if we see multiple items (for example 2 of the same panto) to verify that you really want two of the same thing. If we cannot reach you we will assume that the order is correct and will ship it as such. Any extra costs incurred to adjust the order once it has been shipped will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Effective March 22rd, 2011 we have determined that people using Internet Explorer to download zipped files from this site may encounter problems unzipping the files. Testing has shown that this is due to a recent update to Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, but may be an issue with other versions of Internet Explorer as well. (**further note**) This is a know issue with the Windows browser Internet Explorer - most versions.

In our testing, files that were downloaded using the most recent versions of Firefox and Google Chrome were able to be unzipped and installed with no problems.

If you would like to purchase and download files from this site please be prepared to use one of the alternate browsers (both are availabe as free downloads - see site blog) at this time. We will continue to test and monitor this issue. When Microsoft corrects this bug we will advise.

If you do download and get the error we will work with you to help you install a browser for correct downloading so that you can get your file installed properly.

Effective immediately (Mar 23, 2011) all digital files purchased and downloaded from the site using Microsoft Internet Explorer will not be refunded for an "invalid file type" error, as this is caused by the Windows Internet Explorer browser, is a known issue of which we have advised, and is not due to any fault of Willow Leaf Studio.
