Firefox or Chrome Browsers required for downloads

Effective March 22rd, 2011 we have determined that people using Internet Explorer to download zipped files from the internet may encounter problems unzipping the files using Internet Explorer 8. Testing has shown that this is due to a recent update to Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, but may be an issue with other versions of Internet Explorer as well.

In our testing, files that were downloaded using the most recent versions of Firefox and Google Chrome were able to be unzipped and installed with no problems.

If you would like to purchase and download files from this site please be prepared to use one of the alternate browsers (both are availabe as free downloads - see site blog) at this time. We will continue to test and monitor this issue. When Microsoft corrects this bug we will advise.

Effective immediately (Mar 23, 2011) all digital files purchased and downloaded from the site using Microsoft Internet Explorer will not be refunded for an "invalid file type" error, as this is caused by the IE update and not due to any fault of Willow Leaf Studio.
